Q:The label claims three different uses. What is the difference in these procedures?
A: This product can be used for the following carpet maintenance procedures:
- Extraction - use at 1:64 for application from a carpet extraction machine. This method cleans carpet all the way to the backing by applying the product directly into the carpet under pressure. The machine will normally scrub the carpet and immediately retrieve the cleaner and soil via a wet vacuum attachment.
- Traffic Lane cleaning - use at 1:64 and apply via a sprayer or soak a bonnet pad and surface clean traffic lanes using a standard 175 RPM floor machine.
- Pre-treatment spray - dilute at 1:64 and apply to heavy soil areas or traffic lane prior to either of the two above cleaning methods
Q: What type of carpet can this product be used on?
A: This product is safe for use on the majority of carpet types including wool and stain resistant nylon. Before instituting any carpet maintenance procedure, it is always recommended that the account verify their procedure with the carpet manufacturer.
Q: How many square feet of carpet can I cover using your product in my extraction equipment?
A: Due to the number of variables
